ok i use to use bomgar that is what i want but i don’t have the money what i need is
a live tech support software.
i have to be able to link my customers to it easy no ip messing around they just click on it and im away.
has to pop up on my Screen that they want live help.
i need to control there computer
i have tried vnc but i need it so they click on it one time and its connected
please help me i need this done
Hmm… I am looking for this as well. You can TRY teamspeak even though it may not be quite what you’re looking for, but I know it’s free and they have a client version that they download.
